Ballet
Ballet can be described as the core discipline underlying all styles of dance. For boys and girls, it is a great place to start as it establishes a sense of body awareness, core strength and posture. Our ballet classes are held weekly and our classes start as early as 3 years of age with our preschoolers class.
Our syllabus’ for the younger children are fun, and as their knowledge and understanding develops, so does the syllabus each year. They begin to develop of the French names and theory of ballet, and they learn differing exercises at the barre, in the centre and leaps and pirouettes.
